Vasile Staicu si Marius Terec - in echipa Duraziv

Producătorul de materiale de construcții Duraziv, deținut de antreprenorul Daniel Guzu, anunță recrutarea a doi noi manageri care vor contribui la dezvoltarea de rețete noi și eficientizarea producției. Astfel, Vasile Staicu a fost numit Director Divizie Vopsele Duraziv, după ce timp de șase ani a ocupat poziția de Director de Producție în cadrul Fabryo Corporation. De asemenea, Marius Terec a fost numit Director Operațiuni Adezivi. Anterior, acesta a fost Directorul Tehnic și R&D al producătorului de adezivi Tassullo.
Vasile Staicu are 44 de ani și o experiență de 12 ani pe segmentul de finisaje. Din postura de Director Divizie Vopsele Duraziv el va coordona o echipă formată din 30 de profesioniști. Staicu va supraveghea întreg fluxul operațional din cadrul diviziei de vopsele și tencuieli. După mai bine de 11 ani petrecuți în compania Fabryo Corporation, Staicu a ales să-și continue cariera la Duraziv, companie fondată de același antreprenor.
Marius Terec, noul Director Operațiuni Adezivi al Duraziv, este de formație inginer chimist și are 37 de ani. Terec se alătură echipei Duraziv după 7 ani de experiență în segment, anterior ocupând poziția de Director Tehnic și R&D în cadrul companiei Tassullo.
“Business-ul Duraziv are un foarte mare potențial de creștere pe fiecare dintre segmentele pe care este activ, dar atingerea acestui potențial depinde de oamenii din echipă”, declară Daniel Guzu, fondatorul companiei Duraziv.
“Angajații sunt cel mai de preț activ al unei companii. Din momentul în care am înființat Duraziv ne-a bucurat că am putut avea în echipă mulți dintre oamenii alături de care am creat o poveste frumoasă la Fabryo, așa cum este acum și cazul lui Vasile Staicu”, adaugă Daniel Guzu. “În Marius Terec am mare încredere că vom putea dezvolta împreună toate produsele pe care le am în minte de ceva timp și pe care doresc să le aduc pe piață”, spune Daniel Guzu.
Numărul de angajați Duraziv a crescut cu 12% în 2012, echipa numărând în prezent 143 de angajați. De altfel, schema de personal s-a dezvoltat constant, în fiecare an existând extinderi și angajări care să susțină creșterea companiei. Comparativ cu 2008, echipa Duraziv s-a dublat. Cel mai dinamic departament din punct de vedere al numărului de angajați noi este cel de vânzări. Business-ul Duraziv a fost unul construit pe valori precum loialitate, o mare parte din echipa actuală a companiei lucrând anterior alături de Daniel Guzu în cadrul primului său business. Rata de retenție în cadrul angajaților Duraziv este, de altfel, una foarte crescută.
Marius Terec va dezvolta divizia de adezivi unde va continua activitatea de cercetare și inovație în domeniu, aceasta fiind una din principalele direcții din strategia de dezvoltare a companiei Duraziv. Liantul Kauciuc este cea mai cunoscută inovație a companiei, care a îmbunătățit semnificativ calitățile tehnice ale produselor din portofoliu. “Deja lucrăm la două produse noi pe care le testăm acum în șantier și pe care sperăm să le lansăm în scurt timp”, explică Daniel Guzu.
Anul trecut Duraziv a inaugurat o linie nouă de producție vopsele și tencuieli decorative pe platforma de la Popești Leordeni, fiind practic singurul jucător de pe acest segment cu o investiție notabilă într-o linie de producție. În această unitate lucrează acum 25 de persoane. Divizia de vopsele și tencuieli a generat vânzări totale de 2,5 milioane de euro în 2012, Duraziv fiind principalul furnizor de tencuieli colorate în București, în cadrul programului național de termoreabilitare. Investițiile totale în platfoma Duraziv se ridică la peste 13 mil EUR. .

Da, sa stii ca am aflat multe informatii de la Elisza, la cusrul cu vopsele acrilice de la Galati.Astfel dupa uscarea perfecta a modelului din vopsele acrilice este indicata aplicarea primerului non acid. Deshidrateaza modelul (fiind din vopsele pe baza de apa) astfel gelul pentru luciu nu se mai exfoliaza, nu crapa. Am unghii facute asa de 3 saptamani, nici urma de defect. Iti recomand aceasta metoda cu incredere!:*****
