Jones Lang LaSalle introduces the Development and Land Department. The company is delighted to welcome Attila Peli, ex- head of the Land department of Colliers until 2009, who will assume the role of Head of the Development and Land department starting today.
Attila has a wealth of experience in the area of land sales and advisory, with more than 7 years of exceptional results, concluding transactions in excess of hundreds of millions of euros. In 2009, he decided to pursue a personal endeavor, starting up a company in a different field: video media production. A series of his created documentaries were selected and broadcasted for local and international festivals and televisions.
Clients will now be able to perform land transactions for commercial and residential developments, as well as joint ventures that involve land contribution with the support of JLL’s new department. The department will work closely with the Capital Markets department, providing one-stop advisory services for on-hold projects that require development or equity partners.
