Customers Benefit from Satisfaction Guarantee with All Consumer Banking Products from Citibank
Customers have received one more proof of the quality and reliability of Citibank Romania products and services with the bank’s decision to offer to its customers a generous – up to six months - money back satisfaction guarantee!
The “Satisfaction Guaranteed” feature applies to all personal installment loans, credit cards and current accounts, enabling Citibank customers to evaluate the the banking. If the customers are not completely satisfied with the product or services provided during this evaluation period, they can terminate the contract and receive a full refund.
For personal installment loans, the bank will not charge the interest accumulated and the early payment fee of 1% in case the customers decides, within the first 30 days, that they no longer wants the loan, subject to the customer reimbursing the full principal of the credit.
For all Citi Credit Cards, the bank refunds its customers the yearly administration fee in case this client decides, within the first 60 days, that the cards do not meet their expectations or needs.
Also, for Citi All Inclusive current accounts, if the client wants to close the account in the first six months he/she, will receive back the monthly fee of lei 30 paid so far.
