Clientii Distrigaz pot plati facturile online

Clientii Distrigaz Sud isi pot plati factura si online, prin intermediul agentiei online lansata recent de companie, informeaza Rompres, citata de ziarul finanicar electronic www.SMARTfinancial.ro. "Noua agentie online permite consultarea facturii si plata online a acesteia", a afirmat Marc Hirt, director general adjunct comercial la Distrigaz Sud.
Prin intermediul agentiei online (http://agentia.distrigazsud.ro) clientii pot afla modalitatile de plata, dar pot beneficia si de servicii precum consultarea si plata online a facturii Distrigaz Sud.
Clientul isi poate plati factura la gaze folosind un card bancar activ pentru plati pe Internet. Acest serviciu ofera posibilitatea clientilor Distrigaz Sud de a achita o factura partial, integral sau in avans. Comisionul platit de client pentru fiecare operatiune de plata online este de trei lei, perceputa de operatorul online. Distrigaz Sud a incheiat pentru aceasta un contract cu Raiffeisen Bank, care a subcontractat serviciul companiei C-Solutions.
Factura Distrigaz Sud contine, in afara de cantitatea consumata si pretul pe metru cub si o rubrica privind puterea calorica a gazelor naturale. Aceasta deoarece, de la 1 septembrie, trebuia sa intre in vigoare noul sistem de facturare care consta in trecerea de la facturarea in metri cubi la cea in KWh. Masura a fost insa amânata pentru ca discutiile pe acest subiect intre autoritatile din domeniu nu s-au finalizat.
